The lab's website has been rebuilt around what the lab actually does. The homepage is now a single screen — the lighthouse, not the tour — and each initiative has a home of its own:

• Talaria — the open standard for proportional inference, with a rolling update log.
• Apps — Pia, Reflections, and Phareau Kit under one roof: finished apps, free, fully on device.
• PhareauBench — our new research benchmark for AI in infrastructure and agentic DevOps, designed in the open with its own build log.

There is also a proper About page, this news feed, and a contact page if you want to reach us. The manifesto stays where it was — read it by what we ship.
