This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads no third-party scripts. Browsing it leaves no trail with us. The only personal data we ever receive through this site is what you type into the contact form.

The contact form

When you submit the form, your name, email address, and message are used solely to answer your enquiry — the legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to correspondence (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). No consent checkbox is needed for that, and we do nothing else with it: no marketing, no profiling, no selling — we do not sell data and we never will.

Two processors are involved in getting your message to us: Vercel Inc. (USA) hosts this site and runs the code that handles the submission, and Resend Inc. (USA) delivers it to our mailbox as an email. Both operate under EU Standard Contractual Clauses; Resend is additionally certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and retains delivery data for 30 days on US infrastructure. After that, your message exists as an email in our inbox; we delete enquiry correspondence within 12 months of the matter being closed.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or erase what we hold about you, or object to our processing it — write to hello@phareau.eu. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
